Generally, any customer who requests the refund will be guaranteed, unless

1. Your order has exceeded 30 days from the initial payment date.

2. You purchase Epubor Kindle Converter. Please note "No refund" is applied to this software.

3. You purchase 1 Month license. Please note that the 7-day money-back guarantee applies to the 1-month license.

4. A refund request was made based on the complaint that the DRM scheme had completely changed. No software in the market can guarantee 100% removal of DRM because ebook/audiobook vendors always change their DRM schemes. To request a refund, please follow the below steps.

Single-User License

Installation of the program purchased under a Single-User Personal License is restricted to one single personal computer owned by or under control of the license plus one additional computer also owned by the license, eg.: One computer at home and another at work, or a desktop at home and a laptop at home. However, at any given time only one copy of the purchased programs may be in use.

1-Month license: In one month, no matter when you have a problem in using the software, you can contact us and get our technical support in 24/7. And you can also get the regular software update for free in the valid license period.

1-year license: In one year, no matter when you have a problem in using the software, you can contact us and get our technical support in 24/7. And you can also get the regular software update for free.

Lifetime-license: In lifetime since you purchase our software, anytime you have a problem in using the software, you can contact us and get our technical support in 24/7. And you can also get the regular software update for free.

 

Multi-users licenses

A multi-users license is not assigned to an individual user. The license can be installed on the specific numbers of computers entirely within your family, organizations and corporation, etc.

Family license: This license can be used lifetime on more than one (2-5) computers,  no matter when you have a problem in using the software, you can contact us and get our technical support in 24/7. And you can also get the regular software update for free.

Upgrade from a basic software to a supreme software:  If you have purchased our software before, and now we have a more powerful software, you can get the supreme software without paying the full amount price.
